In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 47 kg.

My breakfast this early (in spite of the day). Therefore, this quick bread sandwiches Borodino (70 g) with fish pate (50 g). During the breakfast, I did not forget to drink the omega-3 and vitamins. And favorite green tea with jasmine warmed in a rainy and cold morning.

Breakfast came on 350 kcal.

By the way, often I hear that that's the omega -3 not approached or reaction of the organism to it a strange immediately after use. I initially was also a reaction to the omega -3 is not entirely positive. He expressed it in heartburn and all the delights of her attendant. It all ended on the day when I read the recommendation of one doctor for receiving capsules of omega-3. It recommended drinking omega-3 at the breakfast table at meal time (not after, but it was during). And from the moment I started to follow this recommendation, all the unpleasant moments associated with heartburn stopped. Can someone come in handy!

Nasty weather keeps us at the weekend at home. On the one hand, you can make out the household chores and relax. But like heat and sun. I would like to swim and sunbathe. But looking at the weather forecast understand that this summer it is necessary to catch the moment when you can swim and sunbathe, because they will not be enough. Although we forecast so unpredictable... I want to believe still in the best.

I recently prepared cheesecake with cream cheese and cherries, which I loved it and I decided to bake her again, but instead used the cherries and apricots.

For lunch salad vegetables: tomato and cucumber, 100 g, 25 g of cream dressed with 10% and kebab from beef (200 g), toasted at elektrogrile.

Today, I remembered that we have such a great kitchen helper as the electrical grill and decided to get it to work to its fullest.

Lunch turned on 425 kcal.

For dinner I had kebab of chicken breast (200 g raw), cooked on elektrogrile and vegetables - tomato and cucumber - 200 g with balsamic vinegar.

Dinner came to 280 kcal.

All in all, the day had accumulated 1270 kcal.
