🖐 I really love "Royal cheesecake", but I rarely allow myself it, I don't even remember when I last cooked it. But on the Internet, I found a cool recipe in which there is no butter, so much sugar, but flour with a low glycemic index. I tried it and realized that this is a great alternative to the classic version, I share the recipe ...
So let's start by preparing the base.
Ingredients: 200 grams of ground oatmeal, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable small, a pinch of salt, 1/3 tsp. tablespoons of soda, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients well until crumbs and set aside. Now the filling:
400 grams of cottage cheese (I have homemade), 2 yolks and 4 egg whites, eggs, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt, a pinch of salt, 20 grams of ground oatmeal, 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar and 1 very ripe banana.
Grind cottage cheese, two yolks, yogurt, banana and oatmeal with a hand blender. Beat the whites into a fluffy foam until stable peaks and add in two steps to the curd mass, mix well.
Then we send half of the crumb to a split baking dish. I preliminarily greased the form with vegetable oil, and covered the bottom with parchment paper. Then all the curd mass is sent to the mold.
We send the remaining crumb from above and level it. We put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, it all depends on your oven.
Remove the cake from the mold after it has completely cooled down.
It turns out a very tasty, moderately sweet curd pie for tea, I am sure that many will like this recipe, try it.
