I cut the apples (preferably sour) into pieces. I don’t peel the skin (it doesn’t bother us here). But you can remove it.

• Rice - 220 g (weight of already boiled rice)
• Apples (sour) - 3-4 pcs.
• Butter - 40-60 g
• Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
• Salt
