I caught here the other day an inspiration to cook and I wanted something beautiful and delicious to cook from your favorite chicken breast, in order to more variety of dishes from all slimming product.
And then I remembered a recipe that I'm sure many have already tried and no time.
But I want to remind you and tell you about it as I am preparing baked stuffed peppers with chicken breast.
The number of grams of the ingredients and KBZHU (for slimming) will show at the end.
I took three bell peppers, cut them in half, cleaned and washed.
I packed into a suitable form, salt and pepper lightly.
Prepared minced chicken breast, grinding it in a blender.
The added minced onion, garlic, salt, garlic seasoning pepper, sour cream 10% and tomato paste. And once again good ground in a blender.
Stuffing made of pepper, not to leave voids in pepper. And sprinkle with cheese.
Peppers ship oven at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes (depending on the oven).

I needed:
500 grams of chicken breast,
550 g pepper (3 pieces)
one onion - 60 g
3 garlic cloves (7 g)
cream 10% - 60 g
Tomato Paste 15 g (1 tsp)
low fat cheese - 50 grams,
salt and pepper to taste.
By - 70, B - 9.5 M - 2.6, V - 3.5
