In the coming days, our tables will be bursting with a large amount of delicious food, there will be various snacks and salads with mayonnaise and fish and meat. And as a rule, after January 3-4, you already want something lighter, but certainly tasty. I have such a salad recipe, which can be served to guests, will disappear from the table in a minute.
The Smoothie Salad is quite simple, it has only three ingredients, but the combination is very tasty.
First you need to boil chicken hearts, literally about 15-20 minutes in salted water with the addition of bay leaves and allspice. You can add some more spices if you like.
While the hearts are boiling, you can cut the bell pepper into strips. I chose yellow, which will make the salad even brighter and more beautiful. If you use half green and half yellow pepper, then the salad will be very colorful.
The basis of the salad is Korean-style carrots, you can cook it at home, or you can buy it in the store (but homemade is much tastier, especially since it is not difficult to cook it).
When the hearts have cooled down a little, you need to cut off excess fat from them and cut each heart lengthwise into four parts.
All that remains is to chop the onion and mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. I use green onions, but it is fashionable to replace it with red, if you first marinate it in lemon juice or vinegar with the addition of salt.
For dressing I use only vegetable oil, you can take any, I don't add salt and pepper, since there are enough of these ingredients in carrots.
Such a simple and very tasty salad turns out, well, you must admit it looks delicious!
