I wanted to buy chicken breasts at the market, but my dad showed me the vendors who sold poultry: chicken, duck, geese, etc. and offered to take good homemade chicken instead of breasts. With which I willingly agreed, and when I got home I immediately started cooking! #newyear #Christmas # 2022 #chicken #poultry #the main dish #garnish #stuffed chicken #godtigra #technique #oven #meat #poultry #family #for guests #for the family

Christmas Homemade Stuffed Chicken (Whole Baked)

Ingredients: whole chicken (I have 1.8 kg), medium potatoes, small onion, soy sauce, ground sweet paprika, salt

Cooking method:

Combine the marinade: soy sauce, paprika and salt.

Prepare the chicken: Rinse, dry and pluck out excess feathers, if any.

Rub the chicken with the marinade on all sides and inside, leave to marinate for half an hour or more.

Peel potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and the onion into half rings. Season with salt and mix well the onions and potatoes in one bowl.

Stuff the chicken with potatoes, sew up the hole with culinary thread or stab with toothpicks. Arrange the chicken on foil in two layers and wrap tightly.

Bake chicken in foil at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Then open the foil and bake for another 20-30 minutes for a crust. Bon Appetit!
