At this time, prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, 1 egg, 90 gr. sugar, vanillin, a pinch of salt and sour cream. Beat with a blender until smooth. Add starch and beat again. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Put in a dry frying pan, sprinkle with the rest of the sugar and cinnamon. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

Lay out the detachable form with parchment soaked in water so that it can be easier to shape. Lay out the dough by making high sides. Distribute the cooled apples to the bottom, and pour the curd mass on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold.
