Hi friends! Guryev porridge, unusual and completely unlike porridge. It tastes like a gourmet dessert with the taste of baked milk. In the original recipe, jam is added to the porridge, but in summer you can replace it with fresh fruits or berries. The recipe is adapted to modern conditions.

- You will need heat resistant cookware. It must be greased with oil.
- Pour milk and heavy cream into a bowl.
- Send the dishes to the oven at 160 ยฐ C degrees.
- When ruddy foams appear on the milk, they need to be removed and put in a separate dish.
- Chop the nuts.
- Wash, peel and chop fresh strawberries.
- Pour milk into a saucepan.
- Add sugar to semolina and mix.
- Put the saucepan on the stove on low heat, add a pinch of salt.
- Add semolina with sugar there, stirring continuously.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- When the porridge begins to thicken, make minimal heating.
- Warm up a couple of minutes after boiling and turn off the heating.
