Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 800 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- curry (seasoning) - 1.5 tsp l.
- salt - 1 tsp l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels.
2. Salt the meat from all sides. Pepper with black pepper.
Sprinkle curry on all sides, too.
3. Pour some vegetable oil on the fillet and distribute all the seasonings over the surface of the meat with your hands.
4. Put a large piece of foil in a baking dish. Put the prepared chicken fillet on the foil.
Wrap the foil tightly on all sides so that the chicken fillet is hermetically sealed in foil.
5. We put the form with meat in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. After 35 minutes, the chicken breast is already baked, open the foil on top and set for another 5-7 minutes. into the oven to brown the top.
7. Oven baked chicken fillet turned out delicious and juicy. It is prepared very simply and easily.
