Just two weeks ago, young zucchini flaunted on the beds, and today they are already quite large fruits, weighing at least 1 kg. You can cook a lot of young zucchini various delicious snacks, which you can't cook from large zucchini! But, you can cook no less tasty other dishes.

Today I will show you one of the options for making a delicious and simple snack from such zucchini.

Cooking ingredients:

Zucchini, not too large - 1 pc.
Kefir - 250 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Hard cheese - 100-120 g
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Cooking oil for frying - about 50 ml

Let's get started ...

Zucchini or zucchini, wash, be sure to peel. And, if the zucchini is overgrown, you need to remove the pulp with seeds, and if it is still "middling", the pulp can not be removed. We cut the zucchini in any way convenient for you, in plates or cubes.

We transfer the chopped zucchini to a bowl, add a little salt, and wait for about 15 minutes, the zucchini should become soft.

And at this time we are preparing kefir batter: pour kefir into a bowl, break an egg, mix.

Then add a few tablespoons of flour, salt, pepper, mix again. The consistency of the dough should be like a pancake.

Now rub the cheese here on a fine grater and squeeze a few cloves of garlic through a garlic press. The amount of garlic depends on how much you like it - for someone, one clove is enough, if only there is a slight aroma. We love it, so I add it a lot. Mix the batter.

Now pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, if only the bottom is closed, and set to warm up. In the meantime, we take the chopped zucchini and roll them in a small amount of flour - this is done so that the batter fits well.

After that, dip the prepared zucchini in batter, and put it in a pan. Fry over low heat, from 2 sides until a characteristic golden brown crust. Serve such zucchini with garlic-mayonnaise sauce. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
