So the New Year holidays are over. It's definitely time to return to nutritional control, otherwise it will be excruciatingly painful to look at the numbers that the scales will show.

Perhaps some of you once again made a promise to yourself to lose weight?

Before looking for a new diet that promises to lose 5-10-15 kilograms in a week, think about why you look for a diet again, why is overweight again, why do you walk in circles, and do not maintain a comfortable one for you weight?

I know the answer, because I myself went through a series of diets, I myself was looking for newfangled diets that promise results in a couple of days.

It is impossible to lose weight 5-10-15 kilograms per week without damage to your health. But if you do decide to take such measures - you need to understand that a return to normal nutrition will lead you to gain weight again. This is the vicious circle that leads you to find a new diet.

We do not want to walk in circles - we always control the food. At the same time, food can be tasty, satisfying, saturated with the substances and microelements we need.

I control nutrition, change eating habits and consciously approach the choice of food and products, taught me how to count calories and BJU.

Thanks to the fact that I began to count KBZhU - I understood what my mistake was. I didn't seem to have eaten so much before, but what a high-calorie food!

Now my portions are larger, but I have lost weight and am maintaining a weight that is comfortable for me. And all because she began to cook from less high-calorie foods, she stopped pouring a sea of โ€‹โ€‹oil into the pan and tons of mayonnaise into salads.

For breakfast I fried 1 chicken egg, made a sandwich on Darnitsky bread (45 g) with homemade turkey drumstick ham (120 g) and put some cherry on a plate.

And I made coffee with milk (50 ml) and vanilla syrup (20 g).

Went out breakfast for 480 kcal.

During the holidays, we walked up, ate delicious food, and on the last day off we decided to relax at home - watch a movie, hang out in social networks - just be lazy. After all, tomorrow is the first working day after the New Year holidays.

During the New Year holidays, we managed to walk in our forest, visit the cinema a couple of times, walk in the center of Moscow, and in Sokolniki, and at VDNKh, and in Gorky Park, and on the Rostokinsky aqueduct, and in the center of Balashikha, and on the ice rink ride:

As for me, the New Year's holidays were a success - and they ate the sweets and burned the calories on walks.

Today I had a fruit snack. I decided to make a lighter snack because I had plans for lunch that were high in calories.

Snack tangerine (180 g) and pomegranate (80 g) - 105 kcal.

I remembered yesterday that I had an order for the New Year holidays - sandwiches with sprats and pickled cucumbers. And for all the days I have never done it.

And today I cooked pickle and cooked sandwiches for it. I myself, too, can not pass by such deliciousness - some kind of nostalgia arises at the sight of such sandwiches. I decided to count everything and add it to the diet of the day. And everything worked out!

Lunch - 400 g of pickle with 30 g of sour cream 15% and two sandwiches with sprats - 40 g of bread, literally 5 g of mayonnaise with garlic and 30 g of sprat.

Obde on 440 kcal.

For dinner, I had cutlets (170 g), which I cooked the other day from minced chicken breast and turkey drumstick, and for the cutlets, a vegetable mixture stewed with 5 g of butter (200 g).

Happened 460 kcal for dinner.

Day summary - 1480 kcal. B - 92, F - 59, U - 140.

I observe the drinking regime. During the holidays, I did not drink enough water and the result could be seen on the face. My body was scared that there was not enough water and began to store water - hello, edema.

But, the holidays are over and again - diet, drinking regimen, exercise, skin care - everything to be slim and beautiful.

All delicious and comfortable weight loss, as well as easy work after the holidays!
