Regular readers have lost me, apparently this weekend, and I decided to relax, like everyone else. Therefore, congratulations for men were a little late, I hope the men who read my channel are not offended at me.
It's good to rest, but it's time to get down to business.
On February 21 and 22, I took a break not only from work, from a computer, from a blog, but also from counting calories - it was on these days that we indulged ourselves in snacks, but everything in moderation, without overeating. I will say more, on February 22, I ate as usual, but did not count everything clearly in the calorie counter.
And on February 23, I will rebuild and control my nutrition, so as not to return back all the excess weight that I have lost over these two years.
A quick guide to weight loss by counting calories:
I chose to eat to lose weight, not vice versa. Diets and hunger strikes did not bring me a stable result and the weight returned as soon as I returned to my normal diet.
Therefore, you need to remember the main points for those who want to lose weight once and for all:
- It is always necessary to control nutrition, which means we need to find such nutrition that we can adhere to throughout our lives.
- there should not be a return to the old way of life, to the old diet.
It was the calculation of KBZHU that helped me to change my eating habits, attitude to food, and change my lifestyle.

Finally, I have my favorite lightly salted fish breakfast! For the holidays I ordered a whole trout and salted all of it. It turned out just the perfect fish, the recipe for salting fish has never let me down.
Breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread (65 g) with butter (20 g) and with 100 g of lightly salted fish. The breakfast was rich in calories, but how tasty and long-awaited - 520 kcal.
After such a hearty breakfast, I just wanted to have a snack with oranges (180 g) - 65 kcal.
I thought for a long time what to cook for lunch so that everyone could eat, and it was delicious, but not super high in calories. As a result, the choice fell on gratin with chicken breast and potatoes.
My serving is 320 g of gratin and 80 g of cucumber.
Dinner went out on 480 kcal.
I decided to eat a thick meal and instead of the planned 250 g I put myself 320 g, because after lunch we had to go on business, and when we could return, it was not clear. I didnβt want to go back hungry and ready to eat everything that caught my eye.
But we quickly returned home.
For dinner, I finished the chicken broth (380 g) with 70 g of boiled TSP vermicelli.
Dinner went out on 285 kcal.
And after dinner I drank tea with 30 g of chocolate - 165 kcal.
The result of my day: K - 1515, B - 126, F - 63, U - 104.
And of course, I do not forget about the drinking regime - I drink my 2 liters of water.
Let me remind you that now I am in an intermediate stage of increasing calorie intake. My norm is about 1700 kcal and I go to it, gradually increasing the calorie intake. I chose a slow increase, because the process of my weight loss, and, accordingly, the calorie deficit for the body, lasted more than 2 years. And so that there is no sharp change in calorie intake, in order to avoid weight gain, I slowly accustom the body to a higher calorie diet than that which was during the period of weight loss.
I haven't had a column with funny comments for a long time. This weekend, apparently because of the frosty weather, people did not walk and commented in full. I chose the funniest, in my opinion, comment:
