Making delicious two-cabbage kvass! (with the regular use of such kvass, the body is cleansed of dirt, the intestinal microflora is rebooted, metabolism increases and overall health improves).
Rejuvelac is a fermented (non-alcoholic) beverage made from cereals, etc., soaked in water for a while.
Ingredients:
1. White cabbage - fork
2. Red cabbage - half a small fork (you can do without it)
3. Water - 3 liters
4. Coarse salt - half a teaspoon (without)
Preparation
We take the cabbage, wash it, cut it into smaller pieces, grind it with a blender. Put in a jar, put salt (you can do without it), add warm water, leaving 3 cm from the edge for fermentation (just above room temperature).
We cover with a lid, but not tightly, put in a dark, warm place for 2 days (when the leaven is already ready, the kvass will be prepared very quickly, in just half a day). Shake slightly a couple of times. As soon as it fizzes like soda, you can rearrange it in the refrigerator.
After straining, cabbage can be safely eaten like sauerkraut. It is necessary to start taking kvass with one pile in the morning and then according to the sensations, because cabbage kvass has a strong cleansing effect and may be very disliked by the "inhabitants" of the toxin for years organism.
