Can you make a flavorful grilled chicken at home? Easy peasy! Or maybe it will turn out much tastier, because you can select the ingredients for the marinade yourself.
Ingredients: Chicken (chilled), Mayonnaise, Mustard (any), Lemon, Garlic, Hops-suneli, paprika, Salt, pepper, Potatoes
Cooking method:
Wash the chicken. In no case should it be frozen either at the moment or before that. Cut off all excess fat, remove feathers, if any.
In a small bowl, use a fork or whisk to combine mayonnaise and mustard. Add spices to them, including hops-suneli, and finely chopped peeled garlic.
Grate the chicken outside and inside with the resulting marinade. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon inside the chicken.
Send the bird to the refrigerator for at least two hours to marinate.
Remove the carcass and place it on a special spit. Put the other half of the lemon inside, you do not need to squeeze it. Tie the legs together with a thread.
Place a baking sheet with water on the bottom of the oven. You can put peeled potato wedges in the water that is poured into a baking sheet. They will bake while the chicken is cooking and can be served as a side dish. In addition, they will be saturated with the juice that will drip from the bird during cooking.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place the chicken in the oven, close it, turn on the "Grill" function. Cook for at least an hour.
You can check the meat for readiness with a toothpick. If you make a puncture in the bird and a little juice flows out of it, then the dish is ready.
