I cook it very often, a great dinner option for the whole family! My whole family loves this minced meat casserole in the oven and is constantly asked for more!

Ingredients:

Minced meat (any) - 450 gr.
Tomatoes - 240 gr. (3 pcs.)
Zucchini - 350 gr.
Onions - 100 gr. (1 PC.)
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
Sour cream - 150 ml.
Cheese - 150 gr.
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Pepper, salt - to taste.

Recipe:

We rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt - 0.5 tsp. Stir and let stand for 10-15 minutes, the zucchini will let the juice out. We don't need it, otherwise the casserole will be liquid.

Add finely chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons to the minced meat. vegetable oil. We mix.

Transfer the minced meat to a preheated (dry) frying pan and fry for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. The minced meat should change color.

Let's prepare the filling for the casserole:

Add eggs, pepper, salt to sour cream. We mix.

It's time to drain the juice from the zucchini.

Cover the baking dish with foil and grease with vegetable oil.

Put a little more than half of the zucchini on the bottom of the form. Distribute evenly over the entire form.

Then the minced meat, the remaining zucchini on top.

We put tomatoes, cut into rings. Fill with sour cream sauce.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.

Then we take it out, sprinkle with cheese and again in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
