Custard layered cake (in a pan)

Ingredients: flour, condensed milk, soda, vinegar 9%, egg, salt, Cream:, milk, butter, sugar. sand, egg, flour, vanillin, salt

Cooking method:

Cream: Combine milk, egg, sugar, vanilla, salt, flour. Stir everything well with a whisk and put on medium heat. Boil the cream until thick, stirring all the time. (It will take about 15 minutes for sure).

Remove from heat and add butter, stir until it is completely dissolved. Set aside while cooking the cakes.

Dough: Combine all the ingredients and knead the plastic dough. Divide into 8 parts.

Roll out into a thin layer to fit the size of your pan. Bake in a dry frying pan on both sides for 1 min. (average fever).

After all the cakes are ready, cut them exactly to the plate of the required diameter. Grind the cuttings with a rolling pin, blender or mortar. Cover the finished cake with this crumb.

I collect the cakes in a split form, you can immediately on a platter. Cover each cake with warm cream (3-4 tbsp). And sprinkle with crumbs. We put it at the window for an hour and only after that we remove the refrigerator for the night. Decorate as desired before serving.
