Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a pumpkin jam recipe. It turns out so delicious, millet Mmmm. It goes well with cottage cheese, cottage cheese casserole and just with bread. You can change the filler and each time get a new taste, nuts, spices, I have an orange today. And so we proceed.

Recipe:

Pumpkin -1 kg.

Orange juice -2pcs

Sugar -800g.

Citric acid -1 / 2 tsp (or to taste)

Or

Cinnamon -1 tsp

Carnation -2pcs.

Or

Walnuts -150g.

Cooking method

We take the pumpkin, cut it, remove the seeds, remove the skin. We measure 1 kg of pumpkin and cut into cubes.

We take a larger pan. Put the pumpkin, add 800 grams of sugar, add the juice of 2 oranges. Cook over low heat, we need the pumpkin to give juice.

Now we make the fire medium and cook the pumpkin until it becomes transparent and starts to gel slightly. It takes me 20-30 minutes. Now we punch with a blender until smooth.

We add citric acid to taste, I add about half a tsp. You can add at this stage in this case, I do not add orange juice, or add chopped walnuts 150 gram.

Now we cook for another 5-10 minutes, until the density you need. Cooking time depends on the heat and juiciness of the pumpkin, as well as how thick you want the jam.
We pour immediately into the jars, cover with lids. Leave it to cool completely. Now we serve the finished jam to the table.
Now open the jar and enjoy.
