Sitting at home and observing the now fashionable self-isolation regime is, of course, cool. The first two to three hours. Then it gets boring. And after "boring" laziness parses. And I don't even want to cook food. You want to have a quick snack (tasty, of course, which is important), and then again - on the sofa.
In general, I feel like an amoeba, which lies, scratching its digestive vacuole with a pseudopod. In the sense that you need to feed yourself and your family, but I'm too lazy.
Here is laziness and that's it. Have you ever had this?
Thank God, such a state finds me once a year. And then the whole family chews purchased dumplings. Well, what, there are ways to cook them very edible. Of course, if the original product is not completely nasty
So, we collect the pseudopods in a pile, rake up courage into this pile and teleport to the kitchen.
There, in the refrigerator, we take:
• Raz - dumplings
• Two - carrots
• Three - bow
• Four - tomatoes (if any), if not - tomato paste
• Five - zucchini, eggplant, if they are not there - frozen mixture such as lecho or paprikash
• Six - cheese
• Semi - a little butter, butter or vegetable of your choice
• Eight - a bunch of parsley
Add from the cabinet:
• Salt
• Spices
• Breadcrumbs
The very first thing we do is peel onions, carrots and other vegetables that we have unfrozen. We cut them, observing a simple rule: everything except the onion should have approximately the same shape and size, finely chop the onion.
Fry everything except tomatoes. Add the tomatoes, as usual, at the very end of frying (after chopping them, of course) and simmer the vegetables until almost cooked. If we add tomato paste, proceed in the same way. Do not forget to add salt and spices. To be honest, I like the way a mixture of oregano, basil and pepper sounds in such a vegetable stew.
We evaporate the liquid from the vegetables so that it all resembles a thick sauce.
Next, grease the baking dish with oil, lay dumplings and vegetables in it, sprinkle with a mixture of grated cheese, bread crumbs and chopped parsley on top.
For special lovers of garlic, you can knead a couple of cloves into this mixture.
