The entire internet is littered with recipes for tangerine pies / rolls this December. Not bypassed me either. But... I don't know how to follow the recipe. And therefore, it turned out, what happened: the cake was saturated with tangerine juice, and its structure resembles a soufflé. ps Mother-in-law approved
Ingredients: tangerines (from the diameter of the pan and the size of the tangerines), bananas, eggs, corn starch, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter + vegetable
Cooking method:
Peel and film the tangerines, cut into round slices (depending on the size of the tangerines) into 2-3 pieces. Put in a heated frying pan, where butter with vegetable oil has already been melted.
While the tangerines are fried, prepare the dough. Kill the bananas in a blender. Add eggs, yogurt. Mix everything until smooth. Combine dry ingredients in a separate container: flour, starch, baking powder, salt, sugar (I didn't add sugar to the dough, enough sweetness from bananas) Stir everything. You should get a dough, like for pancakes.
Spread the dough over the tangerines. Place the skillet in an oven preheated to 180 ⁰. Bake until golden brown (my cake stood in the oven for about 25 minutes).
Turn the hot pie over onto a platter (size should assume the presence of sauce) Allow to cool slightly (if you have willpower) and enjoy the New Year's taste.
