I want to propose a simple but very tasty recipe, pork steaks with potatoes in the oven, which suitable for any festive table, as well as for weekdays and weekends, when the whole family gathers for a large table. Potatoes can be baked in pieces or whole if your vegetables are small. We take pork loin from pork, thanks to which the pork steaks baked with potatoes in the oven will be juicy and soft.

Pork steaks with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients: - pork steaks, - onions, - potatoes, - salt, - paprika, - black pepper, - dried basil, - olive (vegetable oil)

Cooking method:

We divide the spices into two parts. Marinate the meat first. In a bowl, mix together salt, paprika, black pepper and 1 tbsp. l. vegetable (olive) oil. Mix well. Cut the onion into half rings. We add our marinade to the meat. Each piece is well covered with marinade and straight, rub into the meat. Then add the onion. Mix well and set to marinate for 2 hours. I bet for the night.

Then marinate the potatoes. If the tubers are large, cut into 4-6 parts. In a bowl, mix spices, 1 tbsp. l. vegetable (olive) oil. Pour potatoes with this marinade and mix well. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the steaks with onions. Between them are potatoes. Cover with foil. We send to the oven preheated to 200 * C for 1 hour. 15 minutes before cooking, remove the foil and bake until golden brown.

We check the potatoes for readiness. Best served hot. The aroma from the hot dish is amazing. Cook with love and bon appetit !!!
