A delicious dinner or lunch - it's easy!
Ingredients for the main course:
400-500 gr. spaghetti
400 gr. mixed minced meat (pork + beef, chicken or beef + + bird pork)
100 gr. breadcrumbs (or crackers)
2 garlic cloves
2 hours. l. table mustard or Dijon
2 tbsp. l. ketchup
salt
black pepper powder
1 h. l. dried basil
Ingredients for the sauce:
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (preferably olive)
onion
2 garlic cloves
1 h. l. dry basil or oregano
3-4 tablespoons. l. tomato paste or pureed tomato 500 ml
150 ml of water or of dry red wine
1 h. l. Sahara
salt
ground black pepper
Preparation:
1. The ground beef pour bread crumbs or crushed crackers into crumbs.
2.Zubchiki garlic peel and grate directly into the stuffing. Add to the mustard, ketchup, salt, pepper and basil.
3. Minced knead well and form meatballs size of a walnut, put them on the board and put into the refrigerator.
4. For sauce in a saucepan heat the vegetable oil. Grind the diced onion and fry in butter.
Add the garlic into strips and fry for 1 minute.
5. Then, put in a saucepan all other ingredients for the sauce - pureed tomato paste or tomato, water or wine, oregano (basil), salt, pepper and sugar.
Give the sauce to boil, to taste, if needed, add more salt or spices.
Boil the sauce for exactly 15 minutes with the lid on low heat.
6. Meatballs get and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
7. Transfer the meatballs to the sauce, give the sauce to boil and continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
8. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack.
The cooked spaghetti to put part of the tomato sauce, stir, put on a large platter.
9. On top of spaghetti and meatballs put the rest of the sauce.
When applying the paste can sprinkle Parmesan cheese and green basil.
