Ingredients:
cottage cheese
pumpkin
flour or semolina
eggs
sugar
salt
butter
* raisins (optional)
Preparation:
First, let's prepare the pumpkin. We need 200gr. Cut the pulp into small cubes, cook for 10-12 minutes after boiling. Then we drain the water, and make mashed potatoes from the pumpkin (with a blender or a mashed potato crush)
Mix 350g of cottage cheese and pumpkin puree, add 1 egg, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt.
Now add 150-180g of flour or semolina. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
With wet hands or with a spoon, form cheese cakes and fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
NOTE: If you like cheesecakes with raisins, you can add - it turns out also delicious.
Cheesecakes with pumpkin are good hot, so immediately serve with sour cream, honey or condensed milk.
From the specified number of ingredients, 13-15 syrniki are obtained.
