I love Peking cabbage salads. This time with chicken fillet, tomatoes, hard cheese and delicious dressing. The amount of products by eye and taste, because the salad was made like this: a little Chinese cabbage and a tomato, then I thought, maybe more chicken. And the dressing: I just mixed mayonnaise and sour cream, grated garlic, added mustard with grains. Yes, and decided with cheese from above. It turned out tasty.

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, chicken meat, hard cheese, tomato, garlic, mustard seeds, mayonnaise or sour cream (you can mix it), salt and black pepper

Cooking method:

Chicken meat (buldyzhku or fillet) can be boiled, fried or baked. I had a fillet baked in spices in the oven. Rinse the meat, rub with salt, a mixture of peppers and then fry or bake. If boiled, then in salted water. Tear or cut Chinese cabbage (coarsely or finely at your discretion, we like large pieces), put in a bowl. Cut tomatoes 1 or 2 into thin slices, send to the cabbage and there the chicken meat cut into pieces. You can also add parsley.

Peel the garlic, 1-2 cloves or more, chop. In mayonnaise or sour cream, you can, and together, add mustard grains, chopped garlic, ground black or a mixture of peppers, salt if necessary, mix well. Add dressing to salad, stir. Grate hard cheese on top on a fine grater. Garnish with boiled egg or croutons when serving. I had a buckwheat baguette, sliced ​​very thinly and dried in a dry frying pan. Added to the salad, or rather on the top and sides.
