Buckwheat bread for breakfast. Two loaf with cream cheese curd (20 grams) and caviar carp (30 g) and one loaf with fish pate (30 g).

During lunch time drink capsule of omega-3 and vitamins. And of course, green tea with jasmine, is my favorite.

Breakfast is turned on 350 kcal.

Today I want to just briefly tell you how I cooked spaghetti. The number of products will indicate 1 serving (portion turned out pretty great!).

Thus, the boil spaghetti 50 g of dry durum wheat form. Until cooked spaghetti on a non-stick frying pan fry the onion, add to it 100 grams of mushrooms (I had frozen chanterelles). Salt and pepper to taste. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the chopped garlic, a few cloves and a tablespoon of sour cream 10%. Then we add the spaghetti, which is already cooked at the time, and stir. When serving sprinkle with cheese - 30 grams.

Today I made myself another, and afternoon tea Raspberry (200 g) - 90 kcal.

A dinner I eggs of two egg with curd cheese (30 g) and tomato (60 g) - 300 kcal.

So too lazy to himself to cook, decided to do scrambled eggs, it does not need a lot of time. Especially in the evening and spent time on the morrow made herself curd cheesecake with raspberries, it will tuck into a breakfast and a snack.

Total for the day I typed 1290 kcal.

Water is drunk with difficulty, but all the same rate (30 ml per kilogram of body weight), try to drink.
