I was not going to share with you the recipe for this cheesecake cupcake because something like that is ready and tells you the recipe. But the cake has turned out so good, but the recipe I was a little changed. Therefore we can say remind you recipe with a few changes.
The fact that the Whole-wheat flour is not always possible lush baking. But I decided to take a chance and experiment.
I needed:
- 150 g of a conventional cheese (me at home 9%),
- 1 egg,
- 60 g milk (2.5 I)
- 60 g of rice flour,
- 100 g of wheat wholegrain flour
- 3 sachet sweetener,
- Berry (I blueberries)
- turmeric pinch
- baking powder half a bag.
Preparation.
Everything except the berries, stir, I always use a mixer - quickly and without any lumps.
Then, berries and added akuratno mix, dough laid in silicone mold and removed in an oven at 180 for 40 minutes.
Willingness checked knife, it should not remain traces of wet dough.
