To understand how a calorie deficit works:

Yesterday I talked about how it happened to me Saturday unscheduled cheat meal.

We planned to spend Saturday in nature. The idea was to try to smoke a turkey thigh and pork ribs (meat) in the smokehouse, and of course, a couple of mackerels. But everything had to be postponed to Sunday.

Sunday breakfast is 100 g chicken ham, 2 boiled eggs and bread (25 g). Breakfast turned out to be 400 kcal.

After breakfast, I did some work at the computer, and then I started getting ready for a picnic.

I marinated fish and meat on Friday evening, as I planned to smoke all this wealth on Saturday. But it turned out that meat and fish were marinated for 1.5 days.

We had a smokehouse not so long ago and we only smoked mackerel and bacon. I wonder how we get meat.

For those who have smokehouses, I will tell you how we marinated and smoked.

I marinated in salt, black pepper, dry garlic and universal vegetable seasoning - I poured everything on my eye, and pepper and dry garlic - generously.

They smoked a turkey thigh and ribs together (there is a lot of meat on the ribs, not thin and takes time) - exactly an hour on an alder whisper. The turkey thigh could have been obtained 10 minutes earlier, it would be very juicy. But even in an hour it did not dry out, it was tender and tasty.

We usually smoke fish for 20 minutes.

What I love about hot smoked products is the different taste when hot and cold.

Since the process is not quick - to prepare and smoke everything, I gathered a lot of vegetables with me, bread.

And on the spot, we tasted hot what we got. And it turned out great! And it is certainly tastier and healthier than purchased smoked meats. Someone will say that smoked meats are generally harmful. I will not argue, life is generally a harmful thing๐Ÿ˜‰. And sometimes forbid yourself to indulge in delicious meat of your own preparation or something else, it's boring. It's just that the measure is important in everything.

I cannot say that it was lunch, because at 12 o'clock the meat was ready and we slowly tasted it, enjoyed the fresh air and smoked fish along the way.

I knew how much a turkey thigh weighs raw. But I had nowhere to weigh the finished product, so by eye I wrote down 300 g of turkey (based on raw weight) and 300 g of vegetables and 100 g of bread.

For all the time in nature it turned out approximately 770 kcal. Maybe less, but definitely not more.

I drank water.

I myself will always find adventure. While they were waiting for the meat to smoke, I took a glass and went into the depths of the forest to pick blueberries. Collected about 0.5 liters.

I've already photographed the catch at home, I'll bake something.

And also collected a couple of ticks. I felt well that something was crawling along my legs, lifted my trousers, and there were two friends. One crawls one by one, the other on the second. All day I dreamed of these two friends. Nobody is insured - this is the forest. I shook all my clothes several times.

For the evening, I didn't have so many free calories and therefore a piece of 70 g smoked mackerel (but cold) and a salad of tomato, cucumber and lettuce (total weight 200 g), seasoned with 30 g of sour cream.

Dinner for 235 kcal

As a result, the day is 1405 kcal. B - 107, F - 64, U - 95.

I drank my water norm. And at home in the evening I could not get drunk with green tea. I got used to drinking green tea all day on the sly, but then it turned out that I only drank water almost all day. In the evening I drank as many as 3 cups! About 2 years ago, I would not have believed that I would sit down on green tea like that, I could not stand it.
