Unusual cottage cheese recipe. Have you ever tried to fry cottage cheese in a pan? I honestly admit that when I tried this dessert for the first time, I didn't even believe at first that it was just fried cottage cheese. I specially googled such a recipe on the Internet for interest, it turns out this is a national dish of oriental cuisine

Recipe:

cottage cheese -300g

sugar -140g

vanillin - to taste

butter -40g

nuts or seeds - optional

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed. We take a dry frying pan, put it on the fire, put 300 grams of cottage cheese, and fry until the liquid evaporates, and there is enough of it.
Now add 140 grams of sugar and vanillin, stir fry until the caramel color appears. it takes me about 10 minutes on medium heat.

Now add 40 grams of butter and add nuts or seeds as desired, I have walnuts and continue to fry until the mass begins to caramelize. Now we remove from fire.
Lay a suitable shape in advance with cling film and put the mass, distribute it evenly and leave to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. If you want, put it in the freezer faster for 10 minutes.

Now cut into portions and serve with tea. These are the sweets you get if you fry cottage cheese in a pan.
It reminds me of sherbet in taste and structure.
