Lemon chicken with a crispy crust and tender meat

Ingredients:

chicken carcass weighing 1.5-1.8 kg
1 h. l. salt
1 h. l. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. l. butter
lemon

Preparation:

1. Carcass thoroughly washed, cut off the excess fat in the abdomen and the skin of the neck. Wipe dry with paper towels bird.

Then cut in half. One half cut into thin slices, the second slices or cubes.

6. Control the chicken out of the refrigerator.

The abdomen is put chopped lemon slices.

7. Under the skin on the chest put 2 lemon mug.

8. Make slits in the skin of the wings and legs.

9. Put the chicken in the bag or sleeve for baking. Tie the edge and put it all in a deep pan.

10. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

11. Put in a baking oven for 1 hr. The temperature was then subtract up to 180-170 degrees.

12. Take the chicken out of the oven, cut the top of the package for baking and rub the bird with butter.

13. Return the chicken to the pan in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes.

Serve with the remaining slices of lemon.
