In this hot Friday, I met again with the morning swim. Got up early as usual, had breakfast, I worked. So she went to swim, yet the sun.
Today breakfast scrambled eggs and two 50 ml milk and peculiar sandwiches on cucumber (100 g) with curd cheese (15 g) and salted fish (40 g). Vitamins capsule of omega-3 is required to drink at breakfast.
Breakfast is turned on 400 kcal.
To tea after breakfast - dates (30 g) - 80 kcal.
Recently I noticed for a craving for green tea. I drink a cup at breakfast and be sure to take with a mug to work at the computer a little, before the trip to the quarry to swim. In this case, as always before the actual breakfast drink a glass of water. That is - it is not thirst, but some kind of attraction to green tea. Acquired addiction?))
I'd love to go swim in the morning, it's great that I have the opportunity. For 6 days in a row I have a kind of diving sessions. I feel right athlete).
While it dried after swimming - undershot apples (240 g) - 115 kcal.
For lunch today I again hash - 350 g - 310 kcal. Hash recipe I shared with you dressing here.
And for dinner I had chicken roll - 200 g, which was waiting in the wings in the refrigerator and vegetables (tomato and cucumber 100 g 90 g) with Adygei cheese (40 g).
Dinner, along with cheese turned on 410 kcal.

Total for the day I got 1315 kcal (which I am very glad I do not want to fall below, but does not always work). Remarkably pilas rate of water - 30 ml per kilogram of body weight.
