My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with an increase of 172 cm), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.

The festive day on February 23 was quiet and peaceful, without any special celebrations. Spontaneous rest and a little relaxation after a week of work we did last night.

And today is just a day off, just a rest.

Yesterday I made a ham from a turkey drumstick and chicken breast, I already told that it turned out super-duper (with nitrite salt), it cooled down overnight, it was infused and we took a sample from it in the morning.

For breakfast I have scrambled eggs made from two eggs and 100 g of homemade ham, which I ate with green tea.

Breakfast turned out to be 350 kcal.

After such a homemade ham, you don't want any purchased ham.

I bought a ham maker definitely not in vain, we all liked the result).

After breakfast, while all of mine were resting, I prepared for you an article about my yesterday's violation of the regime. Weekends are good, but I don’t forget you either).

Had a snack with green tea with dates, measured dates 85g - 235 kcal and ate them all day with tea.

Finally, yesterday I bought myself a teapot with a strainer, which Ikea had been looking after for a long time, now it's a pleasure to drink tea - not a single tea leaves get into the cup.

As luck would have it, when everyone is at home and it seems like a holiday and a weekend for three whole days - I absolutely do not want to cook!

Dinner was approaching, but I did not know how to feed my family and myself.

I came up with only macaroons.

I fried onions in a non-stick frying pan without oil, a little homemade ham, added dry basil, a spoonful of sour cream, diluted with water (it would be better to have cream, but there was no cream at home) and added boiled hard pasta to the resulting sauce wheat. When serving, sprinkled with suluguni cheese.

I got a lunch - TSP pasta with ham and cheese (280 g) - 390 kcal.

After lunch, a message came that my order for medicines for my mother had been delivered - I had to go to the pharmacy to pick it up.

We noticed that pharmacies stopped selling drugs with more pills. Usually we took 90 tablets for 3 months and for the price it came out how to take 2 packs of 30 tablets (for 2 months). But packages of 90 are not profitable, apparently for pharmacies.

And for dinner I had meatball soup, the last portion went to me - 305 kcal.

In just a day it turned out 1280 kcal.

I observe the drinking regime. Physical education at home, walks. Skin care is a must, especially if you are starting to lose weight with a lot of weight.

And most importantly, there is no need to rush to lose weight. The result is important, but the most important thing is our health, which we must preserve.
