Delicate and healthy dish. There is no oil in it. The tuna is not dry, pink inside. Best served with rice. This recipe is original, there is no such thing on the Internet. Tofu is optional. Ingredients: tuna, cauliflower, medium tomato, large mushrooms, tofu cheese, Nemoloko oat cream, salt and pepper
Cooking method:
🔰 Cut very large cauliflower inflorescences into 2-4 pieces. Boil the cabbage until half cooked in salted water - after boiling, cook for 3-4 minutes. 🔰In a baking dish, put cabbage and tofu, cut into 1 x 1 cm cubes. 🔰 Top with tuna, cut into 3x3 cm cubes and mushrooms, cut in half. 🔰In between the tuna, place the tomatoes, cut into large wedges. 🔰 Season the dish with salt and pepper.
🔰 Pour the oat cream into the mold. 🔰Cover the tin with foil and place in the oven. 🔰Bake at 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 🔰 Get the shape. Gently mix the contents, cover with foil again and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
The tuna keeps juiciness inside.
