I have adapted to cook the breast in foil in a new way in 7 minutes. I've never gotten it so juicy (recipe)

Ingredients:

chicken breast
salt
spices
butter

Preparation:

We take the chicken breast and divide it into large and small fillets.

You can leave the breast like this, or you can beat it off a little. Then rub with salt and spices. Take whatever spices you like - it doesn't matter.

Now we take a large fillet, put a small fillet on top, and a small piece of butter. Roll up with a tight roll and wrap in foil. From each end, twist to make it like "candy"

Put in boiling water and cook for 7-9 minutes. Then we leave under the lid directly in the saucepan for about an hour.

Chicken breast, cooked in this way, turns out to be very juicy, tender and tasty! You can cook in the same way in the oven, but you need to bake it longer - 12-15 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the breast there for 20 more minutes.
