Lobio with boiled duck fillet

Ingredients: boiled duck meat, canned Tomato, medium Onion, vegetable Oil, boiled beans, salt, ground black pepper, dry Spices, green onion feathers

Cooking method:

Prepare ingredients. I already had boiled beans and duck fillets in advance, which I kept in the freezer. Or boil the beans until tender, previously soaked in warm water for three hours. Also boil duck meat. Rinse green onion feathers with water, put on a towel to dry.

Peel the onion, rinse with cold water, cut into cubes. Open a jar of canned tomatoes. Measure out the required amount of vegetable oil. Cut the duck fillets into portions.

In a hot skillet with oil, fry the onions until they smell, add meat, tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes.

Add beans, pour half a glass of water, salt and pepper, add spices, simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add chopped onion feathers. Let stand under the lid for 15 minutes. Serve as a separate dish hot or cold. Bon appetit🎄!
