Ingredients: Pork, preferably a neck (I have a ham), Medium tomato, Turnip onion, Barbecue seasoning, soy sauce, salt, vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Rinse the meat with running water, dry with a napkin, then cut into pieces. Cooking the marinade. Put the spice mixture in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l. seasoning for barbecue, 3-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix. Put the meat in the mixture, add 1 onion, cut into rings, stir and marinate for 1-3 hours in the refrigerator. It is better to string the meat on bamboo skewers, which will need to be soaked in advance so that they do not burn out in the oven.
Cooking vegetables for barbecue. To do this, we clean the onions and cut them into rings. Rinse the tomatoes with water, cut into rings or half rings. String the meat on wooden skewers so that each piece is separated by a slice of tomato and a ring of onion. We spread the kebabs on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake the kebabs in an oven preheated to 220 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. In order for the kebab to be fried evenly in the oven, during the process you need to periodically turn the skewers with meat.
Ready-made kebabs can be laid out on a dish. Each one adds vegetables and greens at his own discretion.
