Today I want to propose 2 ways home salting mackerel. One of the most traditional and one original and unusual.

I recommend definitely try both versions to see the difference. Fish, in any turns out very tasty, if it is fresh or frozen.

INGREDIENTS

1 way - classic
mackerel 400 g
water 0.5 liter
30 g salt
15 grams sugar
Bay leaf,
cloves,
allspice
onion (optional)
2 way to the original
mackerel 500 g
tomatoes without salt, sugar 150 g
garlic 1 clove
30 g salt
15 grams sugar
dill

VIDEO RECIPE

1. Home Ambassador mackerel classic

This amount is calculated on the marinade 2 medium mackerel.

Add the water all the spices - salt and sugar.

Bring marinade to boiling and dissolve the salt and sugar.

Add the chopped onions and boil for one minute.

Turn off heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Fish Wash, peel, remove the fins, entrails and black inner film.

Cut into pieces across the desired value (I have 2-3 cm).

Pour marinade mackerel cooled down and put into the refrigerator.

The fish will be ready in 20-30 hours.

2. Home Ambassador mackerel original

Mix in a blender the tomatoes, salt, onion, garlic, fennel and chop all.

Fish Wash, peel, remove the fins, entrails and black inner film.

For this process, I myself do mackerel fillets without skin and bones.

Carefully put the dishes in the pieces of fish, so that it was covered with marinade.

Send for a day in the refrigerator.

As a result, the next day it turns out great tasty cold snack.

The fish can be eaten with vegetable marinade.

Bon Appetit.
