✅👌I would like to offer you the laziest way to cook beans in a spicy tomato sauce.
✨No pans and pans. Oven and oven bag only.
✨Active actions in cooking - minimum, and taste in a dish - maximum.
📕 To prepare the dish you will need: 🥙
Beans (dry) - 400 g
Tomato paste - 3 tbsp l.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves (to taste)
Unscented sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
Sugar - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Black pepper and ground paprika - to taste
Water - 0.5 l
Fresh parsley - small bunch
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
We wash the beans and fill them with cold clean water. Let's swell. This will take at least a couple of hours. But it is better to leave it overnight. During this time, the beans will soften and absorb almost all of the water.
When the beans are swollen, put them in a baking bag. If you do not have such a package, but there is a baking sleeve, then we immediately tie one end securely.
Preparing the fill. To do this, mix the tomato paste, chopped garlic, salt, sugar, pepper and paprika in any way. Pour in vegetable oil.
We mix everything.
Next, pour the cooked sauce and half a liter of hot water to the beans.
We tie a hole at the sleeve and put in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 1.5 hours.
We take out the beans from the oven and check their readiness. If not soft enough - set to bake for another 30 minutes.
Put the finished beans on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley or other herbs. A delicious side dish is ready! This dish can be served with baked or fried meat, fish, mushrooms, or whatever. And just like that with bread - very satisfying and appetizing.
