Ingredients: chicken fillets, red onion, black olives, green olives, hot peppers (optional), dill, cooking oil, puff pastry, egg, butter, salt, pepper
Cooking method:
Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and cut in half. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Place the black and green olives on a sieve, drain the brine and cut into rings.
Cut half of hot pepper without seeds into half rings.
Chop the dill.
Fry onions in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
Add black and green olives, peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, add dill, stir, let cool.
Divide the puff pastry thawed in the refrigerator into 4 parts and roll each into a 20 * 20 cm square.
Arrange fillet pieces diagonally. Make a cut in the middle and place the pieces of butter in there.
Place 1/4 of the filling on each fillet. Brush the opposite edges of the dough with a beaten egg and combine.
Grease the dough with an egg and send to the oven, preheated to 200 C for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let stand for 5-10 minutes, so that the liquid and oil are slightly absorbed.
Serve to the table.
