Stuffed Turkey Fillet Rolls

Ingredients: Turkey fillet, Olive oil, Eggs, Hard cheese, Cherry tomato, part of a bunch of greens, Garlic, Sour cream, Sesame, Salt, Ground black pepper

Cooking method:

Cut the fillet into thin strips, salt and pepper, cover with oil, mix.

Straw cones can be purchased or made from foil.

Roll the fillet strips tightly onto the cone so that there are no gaps between the turns. Place the pieces on a baking sheet.

Bake the straws for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 ° C. Let them cool completely and remove the foil.

Now we are preparing the filling. Boil eggs, grate on a fine grater. Add minced garlic and finely chopped tomatoes.

Chop the herbs, add to the eggs. Season everything with sour cream. Mix well.

Fill the tubes with the filling. To brown them and melt the cheese, brush them with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in the oven again for 10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
