Somehow it developed itself, from what was left of the main New Year's menu. Porcini mushrooms in combination with champignons fit very well. And the taste is balanced and bright. #New Year
Ingredients: potatoes, mushroom mix, carrots, onions, eggs, ham or smoked chicken, cheese hard, mayonnaise, dry garlic, salt, vegetable oil for frying mushrooms, black for decoration olives
Cooking method:
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs until tender. Fry mushrooms with onions, salt and dry garlic, in vegetable oil.
Grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater and put on a serving dish, in the first layer, giving the shape of a tiger's face. Salt a little and brush with mayonnaise. Do not tamp the potatoes. Place a layer of chopped meat on top. Do not grease with mayonnaise.
Top with meat (ham or chicken), put mushrooms and onions. Then a layer of cheese, grated on a fine grater, or on a coarse one, as convenient + mayonnaise. Then, from grated boiled carrots and egg whites (on a fine grater), form a layer of "tiger hair".
Use some yolk for eye color. You may need more egg whites depending on the size of your meal. Finalize the face with black olives. Let the salad sit for a couple of hours.
