An ideal recipe for quick preparation of a fragrant soup a la hodgepodge with vegetable dressing and assorted sausages, which will pleasantly surprise you with its excellent taste!
Ingredients: Sausage (assorted), Onions, Carrots, Pickled or pickled cucumbers, Tomato paste, Adjika, Brine (broth or water), Vegetable oil, Olives, Dried herbs, Bay leaves, Sour cream, Lemon
Cooking method:
To prepare the dressing, put finely chopped 1 head of onion in a frying pan put on the stove, then pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. Grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater and put it in a pan with onions, then mix and fry the vegetables until the carrots are soft for 3-4 minutes. Cut into a small cube 300-400 grams of different sausages, which we then put in a saucepan placed on the stove and, stirring, fry the offal over high heat.
Grate 2 pickled or pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater and put in a common pan, then mix the vegetables and simmer them for 2 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of adjika, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the pan and mix well all the ingredients between yourself. Pour 150 milliliters of cucumber brine into the pan, then cover it with a lid and continue to simmer the vegetables over low heat for 7 minutes.
Cut 10-15 olives into small washers and put them in a saucepan with fried sausage, then put the prepared vegetable dressing in it and mix all the ingredients. Pour hot boiled water into a saucepan and adjust the thickness of the soup to your liking.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan with each other and bring the soup to a boil, then add the laurel leaf and a mixture of dried herbs to taste, then cover the pan with a lid and give the soup a little time infuse.
