Cooking method:
Season the dorado with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
I will prepare the breading separately: bread crumbs - 2-3 tablespoons, grated hard cheese - 2-3 tablespoons, chop a small bunch of parsley, zest of one lemon. Stir and bread fish and asparagus in this mixture.
On a baking sheet greased with olive oil I spread the fish, asparagus, mini cobs of corn.
I put lemon slices and sprigs of fresh thyme inside the fish.
Top with a thin stream pouring olive oil over everything.
I bake the fish in a preheated oven at 240 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
For the last 10-15 minutes of baking, I cover the fish with foil so that the breading does not burn.
