Minced meat sausages - a great alternative to the usual homemade burgers. Excellent hot dish sure to please everyone.

For the preparation of sausages do not need a special shell or something in the form of the intestines.
We will prepare homemade sausage of minced meat in plastic wrap. They get very soft, tender and very juicy. Good both hot and cold.
Cook the sausage in a weekend at home, and then fry on the grill or on the grill. Fast and very tasty.
Spices in minced meat, add at will and taste. Try it!

Recipe Sausages home without shell

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of pork
0.5 kg of chicken breast
200 gr. fresh pork lard
2 pcs. onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
150ml milk
salt to taste
0.5 hours. l. a mixture of peppers
pinch of ground coriander
0.5 hours. l. ground paprika
nutmeg on the tip of a knife
butter for frying

Preparation:

1. Meat wash, dry and together with lard skip twice through a meat grinder with a grill or shallow grind in a blender.

2. Onions and garlic peel and mince well. Add to the meat.
3. Split into mincemeat eggs. Pour the spices and seasonings.
4. Minced salt and pour in the milk. Thoroughly mix the minced meat and if you have time, then beat off into a bowl or on the table.

5. Share minced in a bowl or container, cover or film and put into the fridge for 5-8 hours. Better at night.
6. The cooled minced and get a little beat off again, so that it was filled with air.
7. Take the plastic wrap for a roasting. You can use the bag or sleeve for baking. Cut the film into rectangles for size sausages.
8. Put 2 tbsp. l. minced meat on tape and wrap it in a very dense sausage sausages.
Tie the sausage on both sides of the film or thick thread. So to do with all the meat. Prick sausages with a needle, so they do not burst during cooking.

9. Boil in a large pot with 2.5 liter of water for 1 hour. l. salt.

10. Lower sausages in boiling water and boil them for 20-25 minutes.

11. Remove the sausage with a slotted spoon to a plate and let them cool completely. Then remove the tape carefully.

12. Cooled sausage fry in butter on all sides until nice brown.

Serve Sausages with any hot garnish.
