Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

Monday began with checkweighing. I will not torment you and immediately show you figure that shone on the scales.

-So what turns a trend that I do not particularly like. After nearly a month of the plateau, the weight began to decline, but it was just like a slow, 400 g per week. If this trend continues - just frustration for some. It is understood that the smaller the weight becomes, the harder it is to say goodbye to excess weight. But I want something for a friend to all, huh?)

And here you can see how it turns out. Like and physical activity was greater in the summer (although I have not been telling about it in every article) and diet more on vegetables in the heat.

But pleasing options. 2 weeks even minus 2 cm at the waist. And even noticeable on the clothes she had bought for the summer, the same shorts have large, although specially bought a very butt.

But still pleased that the weight does not stand still, and quietly leaves.

I move on to the menu.

My today breakfast consisted of sandwiches on rye bread (60 g) with butter (5 g) and caviar carp (20 g) and fish pate (35 g).

Green tea with lemon today - a good tonic and refreshing. At breakfast, be sure to drink vitamins.

Breakfast came on 315 kcal.

By the way, who is as well as I used to buy fish paste to your breakfast (salmon chopped), give a tip - in the event a magnet on it now, you can buy at a nice price. She bought 3 jars. I think a little later to buy more. I love all this pate.

Today is Monday, so I devote the first half of the day cleaning and all domestic affairs that have accumulated over the weekend.

Relax a bit and take a breath let me eat.

On undershot green tea with a piece of chocolate 75% (15 g). And later, I ate an apple. Bran (30 g) as always measured out yourself for the whole day.

All together with bran snack turned on 220 kcal.

By the way, I noticed that the bran still good clean (and it is not important enough for losing weight, cleanse the body and intestines from all that has accumulated over the years, absorbing the entire row).

Today managed to run to the store and cook for lunch pan beloved family cheese soup. Now some day you can not think about what to cook for dinner, but for someone and for dinner!

Plate cheese soup for dinner (about 400 g) and rye bread - 360 kcal.

A little later, I drank green tea with jasmine and add to the flavor of strawberries. Divine! Well, how can you not take a moment and do not eat and the most strawberries. Prices, of course, we nibble, but the season is my favorite strawberry is not long, so sometimes you can treat yourself and loved ones.

Snack strawberries (250g) - 100 kcal. And in the afternoon until late at night working on the computer.

For dinner, I ate a little bit of vegetable salad (tomato and cucumber - about 250 grams and a little arugula, which has grown up on the balcony!). Tucked salad cream 10%. A green tea I had a cheese roll (200 g)
and a favorite of my family and many of you.

Today I made two small roll: roll with apple and cinnamon, as usual, and on trial with strawberries and vanilla. All the same, all more like a bullseye. But for me and strawberry is even nothing, except that the cheese made strawberry rawer, respectively, and the roll is not tight.

Total dinner turned 260 kcal.

All in all, the day I got 1255 kcal.

Water rate is now drink without problems, so that heat. And at you as now is the case with some water? Drink water or indulge in cold lemonades and juices all sorts?
