A very cool opportunity to get rid of all the leftovers from the refrigerator and even in such a delicious way.
Ingredients: Boiled potatoes, Pickled mushrooms, Medium onion, Tomatoes, Grated cheese, Yeast dough, Salt, pepper and herbs
Cooking method:
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
Fry mushrooms with onions in butter, add spices and herbs to taste.
Cheese, if there is something already grated, if not, you can use any other cheese that melts and chop finely. I had some Mozzarela and a couple of plastics of cream cheese.
Roll out the dough (I made a banal bread yeast dough on water) into a layer and put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment. On one half we spread in layers: cheese, potatoes, mushrooms with onions, tomatoes cut into rings and again cheese. Sprinkle some spices between the layers.
Cover with the other half, glue the edges, grease with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees top and bottom. About 35-40 minutes, depending on the oven.
The pie is crispy on the outside, but very juicy and cheesy on the inside.
