I really like to cook all sorts of goodies, including salads, and I often add "my zest" to ordinary recipes - my personality, so to speak😊 visit a friend and decided to experiment with Greek salad at home😊
Ingredients: large peppers (sweet Bulgarian), medium tomatoes, medium fresh cucumbers, pitted olives, sesame seeds (can be slightly fried on dry frying pan), a small red / white onion-salad, Dressing-, soy sauce, vegetable / olive oil, Herbs, salt, pepper to taste and desire
Cooking method:
Cut the cheese into pieces and fry in a pan with a little oil on both sides.
Fold into a plate to cool, and in the meantime, cut (DO NOT grind) all vegetables and onions into a salad bowl.
Add cooled cheese, herbs, sesame seeds, halved olives and dressing.
Mix everything and eat with pleasure to your health Bon appetit!
