Ingredients: Baking, puff pastry, apples, butter, sugar, cinnamon
Cooking method:
Defrost a layer of puff pastry.
Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
Mix sugar with cinnamon.
To caramelize the apples, melt the butter in a frying pan.
Pour sugar and cinnamon into it, alter well until the sugar dissolves.
Now add our apples and mix well, simmer the apples until the moisture evaporates, remove from heat, cool.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer.
Put apples in the middle, make cuts around the edges, as shown in the photo.
We wrap the edges like this, first the ribbon on one side, then on the other.
You will get such a blank, grease the top with an egg and send it to the oven for 25-30 minutes. at 180 ° (see the time in your oven, I bake on convection mode).
