Pickled river fish (carp, silver carp)

Ingredients: fish kg 2-3, I have silver carp, Salt,% vinegar, onions, Vegetable oil, Black ground pepper, bay leaf, peppercorns

Cooking method:

Cut the fish into portions, put it in a container and cover generously with salt, mix well. We send to a cool place for 6 hours. Then we rinse from salt and fill with 9% vinegar and water, diluted 1 to 1 for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, drain the vinegar. Chop the onion and start stacking. A layer of onions, a layer of fish, pepper, crushed bay leaves, peppercorns. Fill the rast with oil and repeat the layers until the end.

The fish is lightly salted with a minimum amount of vinegar. We put it in a cool place for 3 hours. Have a nice arpetite !!!
