In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and eggs and whisk well until smooth. Add the sifted flour. Stir the dough again until smooth. You should get a viscous, slightly flowing dough.
Now prepare the sauce. Combine ketchup, mayonnaise, spices in a bowl. And stir until smooth.
Pour the dough into a large frying pan (26-30 cm in diameter) greased with vegetable oil and flatten.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, not reaching the edges.
Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese on top. You can keep some of the cheese to sprinkle on the top of the pizza.
Spread the sausage and tomatoes over the surface of the dough and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
