I can't live without sweets, without soup - at least that, my family loves soups. When I'm too lazy to bake - I make a lazy Tiramisu - a win-win option. Very simple, very tasty, so tasty that you can resist, but you have to)). Tiramisu has long been one of the most popular desserts, including in Germany. The name means nothing more than "lift me", "pull me up". The strong espresso that the fingers are impregnated with for this dessert certainly plays a role. #cakes #holgrigrecept #desserts #newyear #wap #tiramisu
Ingredients: biscuit biscuits, whipping cream, icing sugar, natural vanilla extract, natural coffee, I add to hot a little granulated sugar, add liqueur to the cooled one so that you can feel the taste of liqueur, cocoa and granulated sugar or powdered sugar for sprinkles
Cooking method:
The very first thing I do is brew coffee, a little sugar, so that it is not very sweet, but slightly. add Amaretto liqueur to the cooled one, how much? and you try, so that it tastes good to you! That's how much you need).
I begin to whip cold cream from the refrigerator. I add 3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar at the end of the spoon, about half a teaspoon of the extract, stir well at medium speed, if not enough, then add more. It is impossible to "overdo it" here, otherwise an unpleasant aftertaste will appear. Always add vanilla extract starting from half a teaspoon.
I take the mold (I adapted the cake mold, it is very convenient both in size and in that it closes) and begin to collect the Tiramisu. I take one cookie, dip one side and the other in coffee.
According to the rules, you must, as it were, dive and emerge, describing a semicircle. But this is how I make a real Tiramisu. For a lazy Tiramisu, on cream, this should not be done, in my IMHO then Tiramisu will be too wet. I spread the first row, cover with a layer of whipped cream, again a row and again cream, pour cocoa on top.
