These pasties are in no way inferior to the classic ones - they are incredibly tasty, fly away in 5 minutes! I highly recommend this recipe - I'm sure you will love these lazy lavash pasties.
Preparation:
We need thin Armenian lavash. We cut out circles of the same size from it (it is very convenient to use a plate or a lid from a small saucepan for this). We make 8 lavash blanks.
Let's prepare the filling. We mix minced meat, onions, salt, spices, you can add chopped herbs and garlic.
Now we take pita bread, grease it with a beaten egg along the edge, spread the minced meat with a thin layer (it needs to be "smeared" as it were). Combine lavash in half and fry in a pan in vegetable oil.
Lazy lavash pasties are fried for about 5 minutes on each side. During this time, both the minced meat and the onion have time to fry, since we put the filling in a thin layer.
TIP: Before putting the cheburek in the pan, go over the edges again to secure the pita bread better. Otherwise, juice may leak out during frying.
Lavash chebureks are crispy, but juicy inside - very tasty! Try it yourself!
Bon appetit, my dears!
